Less than ONE in THREE TA professionals think their recruiting platforms are fit for the modern workforce
Only 30% of internal recruiting teams think that their talent acquisition platforms are fit for the modern workforce, with 63% saying they are not. This shows a worrying level of dissatisfaction with corporate talent acquisition solution ecosystems, despite the continued investment and shift to use of technology in recruiting.
Relatively few talent acquisition teams view any part of their candidate experience as truly advanced
Despite all the promises of new recruiting technologies, innovation remains slow and delivering the candidate experience that modern job seekers expect is still very much a work in progress. At best, only a quarter of TA teams rate any element of their approach as advanced, whilst the majority say they provide only a basic or intermediate experience.
In many areas of candidate experience, only one in ten teams feels they are advanced, underscoring a significant gap between the potential offered by new approaches and technologies and practical use in recruitment.
For internal talent, the adoption of internal mobility marketplaces features in the top three priorities for the year – a significant reinforcement of trends we highlighted in previous infographics in this series.
Overall though, there is a clear demand to use all of the different TA platform elements more, with only platforms for reference checking platforms being close to neutral regarding increased use.
