How we help

We provide impartial best advice leveraging our unique Analyst market knowledge and research, as well as the data and analysis tools that underpin them. We help you rapidly validate your strategy and needs, and recommend how best to proceed, and with whom. Our clients mainly engage with us in one of three main ways …

  • Strategic Analyst Partnering – Many long term corporate clients engage with us on a recurring basis over many years, seeking strategic and project-level advice on multiple topics as well as critical friend input and ad hoc analyst support. Working with clients over longer periods gives us a deep understanding of their culture, priorities and challenges and enables us to provide effective rapid advice as well as to optimise how we input to specific engagements and projects.

  • Structured Project Engagement – Alternatively, some corporate clients engage with us to accelerate and de-risk specific projects or procurements, leveraging our Analysts, their knowledge and our unique vendor data to make better informed decisions faster.

  • Expert support to individual corporate leaders – Both the above involve corporate-level engagements with multiple stakeholders, but we also work directly with individual corporate leaders to provide private analyst input as and when they need it, as well as involving them in our corporate network, private roundtable conversations, and deeper research.

Both options 1 and 2 are managed under a Fosway Corporate Engagement contract, and option 3 is provided under Individual Membership with credits for analyst time and other services.

Corporate Engagement

Our company-level engagements are provided via a Fosway Corporate Engagement (FCE) contract, which provides a framework for specific project support, strategic inputs or recurring engagement. The contracts include core engagement activities as well as a service credit system for specific projects and different Analyst services.

Often starting initially with a single project or input need, many clients see significant value from Fosway’s input and given their constant change and new priorities, have maintained ongoing recurring relationships over many years. Our longest active client has been working with us continually on multiple segments and projects since 2003!

Individual Membership

In 2024, Fosway introduced a new option for corporate leaders to become individual clients as a member of the Fosway Corporate Network. This gives you direct access to Fosway’s expert analyst team as well as the data and insights behind the Fosway 9-Grids™ and our other research. Membership also provides access to our private corporate roundtable events and a network of 250+ leaders that shape and underpin our research. The membership levels are:

Professional member with a starter analyst session, priority access to the corporate roundtables, and light benchmarking.

Premium member adds in monthly analyst enquiry time as well as 250 service credits for additional input, briefings and other services.

There is also a no-cost Associate member level too, which receives monthly research updates and access to corporate roundtables when spaces are available, but without access to analyst time or service credits for 1-1 inputs.
