Fosway’s ongoing Digital Learning Realities research, now in its seventh year, explores the digital learning landscape. This year’s research, carried out in partnership with the Learning Technologies Conference, looks at the digital learning strategies that are helping organisations successfully support new working environments and organisational transformation.
Nearly 400 senior learning professionals from enterprise organisations across Europe were surveyed between January and May 2022. They provide their insights on how digital is driving the corporate learning agenda following the COVID-19 pandemic. The research reveals:
