Can HR’s strategies hold the key success in these turbulent times? This year’s HR Realities research, conducted in partnership with UNLEASH (formerly HR Tech World) aimed to find out.

These results were unveiled exclusively at HR Tech World Amsterdam in October 2017. This downloadable summary infographic highlights the headline results from the 2017-18 HR Realities research. It shares key insights into the unique opportunities HR has to influence, innovate, engage and invest in their organisations’ future. It is designed to be used alongside the new series of reports that tackle different themes from the research.

Now in its fifth year, our research shows that HR in Europe doesn’t conform to a single set of challenges with a simple single set of answers, it is much more complex. However, understanding this complexity through real data hasn’t been easy. Research on the priorities, needs and differences for European companies has been very thin on the ground.
