MEET THE ANALYSTS
David has been a HR professional for over 30 years. As Chief Insights Officer for Fosway Group, he independently explores the experiences of practitioners and suppliers to understand the realities of what’s happening in corporate learning, talent development and HR. Inspiring change by sharing what truly makes a difference.  Much of his insight is drawn from the deep research he conducts for Fosway, but equally, his own practical and personal experience of continuously improvement of organisations people strategies and technologies.
International analyst – French markets. As a member of Fosway’s HR analyst team, Claire-Marie contributes to EMEA research and works with corporate clients, vendors and investors. Claire-Marie joined Fosway in 2022 and has more than 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, holding a variety of positions including project manager, analyst and consultant. She previously managed the HRIS division of a French market leader in technological intelligence.
David Wilson is founder, CEO and Chief Analyst of Fosway Group. A major commentator on the HR, talent and learning industries for over 25 years, David is a strategic advisor to many major corporate and supplier organisations in the UK, Europe and globally. David personally overseas Fosway’s research and corporate advisory agenda.
