Don’t Believe the Hype: Understanding the Reality of HR Technology Today

Employee Experience is now the top lever for HR’s future success Only 6% believe that outsourcing is very important to their future success. Only 1 in 4 reported HR BPO being important is a lever for the future success of their HR operation. There is also scepticism around the importance of AI and machine learning to
HR teams. Only around one in 4 see it as very important for them.

There is approximately a 50:50 chance that HR thinks the employee experience is good There is an even split between those HR organisations who would rate their organisation as average or poor (48%) , and those who rate their employee experience as good or excellent (52%).
