The last year has highlighted the importance of supporting distanced learning for most organisations in their response to the pandemic, to changing demographics, to new ways of working and the need to develop new skills for the changing world of work. For many organisations, digital learning content, resources and courses have been a critical pillar of corporate learning for the last two decades or more. Others, large and small, have embraced digital learning approaches for the first time.

Pourquoi est-ce important ?

As our working environment and technology continue to evolve at pace, so does digital learning, with 41% of L&D teams expecting their investment in learning technology to increase over the year ahead. That’s compared with just 8% who are preparing to reduce their digital learning spend. The momentum is clearly to innovate and enhance the learning experience. We are all digital learning users now.

And while there is positive momentum to invest in all aspects of digital learning, content has become a priority. Two in three L&D teams expect to increase their spend on digital learning content , as opposed to the 2% who expect to spend less. So, what’s driving this interest in digital learning content?
