Underinvesting in skills and people development is killing your organisation

Because it hinders innovation, impacts customer experience, quality and means they are unable to pursue market opportunities or might miss growth targets. 90% of HR leaders believe they have significant skills gaps in their organisation today including both people, project and technical skills. But this is rarely translated into action. From an employee’s perspective the reality is that only 13% of employees strongly agree that their organisation invests enough in people development.
