MEET THE ANALYSTS

Head of Analyst Services, focused primarily on Cloud HR, talent management and talent acquisition. Sven’s career in the HR industry spans two decades, with the practical levels experience and expertise that give Fosway’s analysts a unique position in the market. Sven’s role includes gathering up-to-the-minute insights from corporate HR buyers, vendors and investors, and distilling these into Fosway’s ongoing research agenda.

David has been a HR professional for over 30 years. As Chief Insights Officer for Fosway Group, he independently explores the experiences of practitioners and suppliers to understand the realities of what’s happening in corporate learning, talent development and HR.  Inspiring change by sharing what truly makes a difference.  Much of his insight is drawn from the deep research he conducts for Fosway, but equally, his own practical and personal experience of continuously improvement of organisations people strategies and technologies.

Senior Analyst for Learning Systems. Fiona has worked in the learning technology market since 2000, gaining a wealth of experience by either selling, implementing or managing learning solutions in a corporate context. Fiona joined Fosway Group in 2016 and is the primary lead on research in the Learning Systems market. She gathers vendor, customer and market insights, helping corporate clients accelerate their decision making across all aspects of next generation learning
Senior Analyst for Digital Learning. Myles has worked in online and digital businesses for over 25 years, 15 of those in the learning field. He has held a range of leadership positions from strategy, marketing and product management through to managing director, each with a clear focus on the impact of digital technologies on customers, products and services and the future of the business. Myles is the primary lead on research in the Digital Learning market.

International analyst – French markets. As a member of Fosway’s HR analyst team, Claire-Marie contributes to EMEA research and works with corporate clients, vendors and investors. Claire-Marie joined Fosway in 2022 and has more than 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, holding a variety of positions including project manager, analyst and consultant. She previously managed the HRIS division of a French market leader in technological intelligence.

David Wilson is founder, CEO and Chief Analyst of Fosway Group. A major commentator on the HR, talent and learning industries for over 25 years, David is a strategic advisor to many major corporate and supplier organisations in the UK, Europe and globally. David personally overseas Fosway’s research and corporate advisory agenda. He is the author of over 150 research papers and articles, as well as being a leading speaker at major conferences and events around the world.
