Dans un contexte de p\u00e9nurie croissante de comp\u00e9tences, la pression exerc\u00e9e sur les organisations pour qu\u2019elles repensent leur approche des talents \u2013 et leurs syst\u00e8mes \u2013 est intense. Si vous avez le sentiment que vos efforts en mati\u00e8re de RH, de gestion des talents et de formation sont \u00e0 la tra\u00eene face \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis, vous n\u2019\u00eates pas seul. Cette \u00e9tude montre que seuls 44 % des professionnels estiment que leur strat\u00e9gie de gestion des talents est \u2018 pr\u00eate \u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 20 ans d'analyse de donn\u00e9es RH, de talents et de formation, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 fascinant d'examiner de plus pr\u00e8s l'environnement macro\u00e9conomique et les principaux facteurs qui affectent les organisations aujourd'hui. La plupart de ces facteurs \u00e9chappent compl\u00e8tement \u00e0 notre contr\u00f4le. Mais s'ils ne sont pas reconnus et auxquels on ne s'adapte pas, les organisations se retrouveront sans les personnes et les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour aller de l'avant.<\/p>\n<p>Les principales conclusions de plus de 400 participants \u00e0 la recherche comprennent :<\/p>\n<p><strong>La culture d'entreprise freine les organisations <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seuls 44% estiment que leur approche de la gestion des talents est adapt\u00e9e aux besoins de la main-d&#x27;\u0153uvre d&#x27;aujourd&#x27;hui.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ce n&#x27;est que dans 161 cas sur 7 que la culture d&#x27;entreprise <strong><u>pas<\/u><\/strong> un obstacle \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration des processus de gestion des talents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>86% : les comp\u00e9tences et les attitudes des dirigeants constituent un obstacle lorsqu&#x27;il s&#x27;agit de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des employ\u00e9s d&#x27;aujourd&#x27;hui<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>88% : les autres priorit\u00e9s et le manque de temps constituent un obstacle lorsqu&#x27;il s&#x27;agit d&#x27;aborder le changement sur le lieu de travail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>La structure de la main-d'\u0153uvre moderne \u00e9volue constamment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les millennials sont une distraction. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es confirment qu'un <strong>vieillissement<\/strong> <strong>main-d'\u0153uvre <\/strong>est une tendance croissante dans leur organisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>45% met en avant des \u00e9quipes de plus en plus diversifi\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>42% des employ\u00e9s travaillent l\u00e0 o\u00f9 leurs comp\u00e9tences sont recherch\u00e9es plut\u00f4t que par loyaut\u00e9 envers leur entreprise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>27% des employ\u00e9s sont des travailleurs temporaires plut\u00f4t que des salari\u00e9s permanents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>La confiance dans le talent est pr\u00e9caire, au mieux<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans les domaines les plus critiques \u2013 le num\u00e9rique, les comp\u00e9tences relationnelles, le leadership et la gestion \u2013, moins de 15 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es estiment disposer de toutes les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9ussir aujourd\u2019hui, sans parler de demain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Environ 67 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es dans le cadre de notre enqu\u00eate estiment que les travailleurs doivent d\u00e9sormais apprendre \u2013 et se mettre \u00e0 niveau \u2013 plus rapidement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Le num\u00e9rique est partout<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selon le rapport 44%, les employ\u00e9s utilisent de plus en plus souvent un appareil mobile comme outil principal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>55% indiquent que les outils de collaboration et les r\u00e9seaux sociaux sont essentiels au bon fonctionnement de leurs organisations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>68% constate l&#x27;influence croissante des technologies virtuelles sur son personnel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tellement de mots \u00e0 la mode circulent dans notre secteur en ce moment, \u00e9conomie des petits boulots, millennials, p\u00e9nuries de comp\u00e9tences, guerre des talents\u2026 la liste est longue.
