Cela signifie transformer des outils de contenu de base en assistants de flux de travail dynamiques, moteurs de comp\u00e9tences et guides d'\u00e9valuation. Ce n'est pas facile. Les plateformes de base proposeront un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur bas\u00e9 sur des invites pour produire un texte brouillon \u00e0 partir d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que le r\u00f4le, le niveau, le secteur d'activit\u00e9, le lieu et les avantages. Ici, l'IA capturera la conversation virtuelle entre le recruteur et le responsable du recrutement, extrait les comp\u00e9tences requises, lie les comp\u00e9tences aux \u00e9valuations et g\u00e9n\u00e8re des questions d'entretien.
