Mais ces mises \u00e0 jour offrent principalement des gains d'efficacit\u00e9 marginaux, pas un avantage structurel. Les nouvelles couches de mise en correspondance par IA, adapt\u00e9es aux syst\u00e8mes existants, fournissent un filtrage utile, mais elles ne r\u00e9solvent qu'en partie le probl\u00e8me r\u00e9el, \u00e0 savoir le besoin d'un contr\u00f4le intelligent sur la mani\u00e8re dont les pipelines sont model\u00e9s et remplis.<\/p>\n<p>Que ce soit en limitant le volume et en relevant les normes de pr\u00e9-qualification pour les postes faciles \u00e0 pourvoir, ou en acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant l'engagement pour les profils rares et de grande valeur, la plupart des plateformes ne parviennent toujours pas \u00e0 s'adapter au nouveau contexte. La mise en correspondance seule ne suffit pas, surtout lorsque les plateformes r\u00e9pondent de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re \u00e0 chaque demande, quelle que soit la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des talents sous-jacente. La plupart des syst\u00e8mes n'ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour fonctionner avec un tel niveau de nuance.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les \u00e9quipes d'assistance technique multinationales, ces lacunes sont encore plus flagrantes. Les outils d'IA manquent souvent de prise en charge de l'approvisionnement local ou de l'analyse multilingue, en particulier en Europe du Sud et de l'Est.<\/p>\n<h2>La TA \u00e9volue vers la strat\u00e9gie de main-d'\u0153uvre et la mobilit\u00e9 interne<\/h2>\n<p>Les \u00e9quipes de TA sont \u00e9galement de plus en plus appel\u00e9es \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 l'intelligence RH, aidant \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des questions fondamentales de planification des effectifs, telles que devrions-nous d\u00e9velopper, acheter ou emprunter des talents ? Ce besoin r\u00e9pond en partie \u00e0 une incertitude croissante quant aux futurs volumes d'embauche, mais refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement un changement structurel plus profond. La planification des effectifs devient de plus en plus ax\u00e9e sur les comp\u00e9tences. La technologie informe d\u00e9sormais les architectures de poste en temps r\u00e9el, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant les comp\u00e9tences \u00e9mergentes au sein des viviers de talents internes et externes. Par cons\u00e9quent, la TA assume \u00e9galement une responsabilit\u00e9 croissante en mati\u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9 interne. Par exemple, sur les march\u00e9s nordiques, des p\u00e9nuries de main-d'\u0153uvre et de fortes cultures de r\u00e9tention poussent les employeurs \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier la promotion interne.<\/p>\n<p>La mobilit\u00e9 des talents, autrefois une initiative cloisonn\u00e9e, est d\u00e9sormais essentielle pour combler les \u00e9carts de comp\u00e9tences et r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance vis-\u00e0-vis des talents externes. \u00c0 mesure que les approches bas\u00e9es sur les comp\u00e9tences gagnent du terrain, notamment pour les postes en d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re et les postes difficiles \u00e0 pourvoir, il en r\u00e9sulte un passage des descriptions de poste bas\u00e9es sur l'exp\u00e9rience au recrutement bas\u00e9 sur les comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9quipes TA sont d\u00e9sormais cens\u00e9es aider \u00e0 cartographier les comp\u00e9tences, \u00e0 \u00e9valuer le potentiel et \u00e0 identifier les candidats internes, comme un levier principal pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de l'entreprise et non plus comme un canal secondaire.
