Dies bedeutet einen leichten R\u00fcckgang der Zustimmung im Vergleich zu 2023 und unterstreicht, wie tief verwurzelt dieses Problem nach wie vor ist.<\/p>\n<h2>Kern-HR-Plattformen dominieren den HR-Technologie-Stack als die standardisiertesten HR-Systeme<\/h2>\n<p>Der HR-Tech-Stack ist in den meisten HR-Prozessen nach wie vor stark fragmentiert. Selbst zentrale HR-Plattformen sind nur in 58% der Unternehmen in nennenswertem Umfang standardisiert, was bedeutet, dass selbst innerhalb isolierter Prozesse erhebliches Potenzial f\u00fcr eine Plattformrationalisierung besteht. Eine der Herausforderungen, die sich aus dieser starken Fragmentierung des HR-Stacks ergeben, sind die Hindernisse, die dadurch entstehen k\u00f6nnen, wenn es darum geht, die Zusammenh\u00e4nge zwischen verschiedenen HR-Prozessen sowie die Kontinuit\u00e4t der Nutzererfahrung f\u00fcr Mitarbeiter, F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, die Personalabteilung und die IT zu verstehen.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl Fosway nicht immer eine einfache All-in-One-L\u00f6sung bef\u00fcrwortet, ist die Sicherstellung eines nahtlosen Nutzererlebnisses zwischen den Systemen eine wichtige \u00dcberlegung.<\/p>\n<p>Daher ist die Vereinfachung von Technologiel\u00f6sungen und die Eliminierung von Systemdoppelungen ein wichtiger Schritt zur Schaffung eines effektiven HR-Betriebs, der skalierbar, intelligent und kostenoptimiert ist.<\/p>\n<h2>Fast die H\u00e4lfte der HR-Teams hat sich einem erh\u00f6hten wirtschaftlichen Druck ausgesetzt gesehen, ihre HR-Systeme zu einer einzigen Suite zu konsolidieren.<\/h2>\n<p>In einer Wiederholung der Zahlen von 2023 war dieses Jahr durch verst\u00e4rkten Druck zur Konsolidierung von HR-Plattformen aufgrund wirtschaftlicher Zw\u00e4nge zur Kostensenkung gekennzeichnet.
