Im Jahr 2024 gilt die \u2018Qualit\u00e4t der Neueinstellungen\u2019 als entscheidende Kennzahl, wobei 75 % der Unternehmen dieser einen hohen Stellenwert beimessen.<\/p>\n<p>Knappe Budgets und anhaltende wirtschaftliche Herausforderungen zwingen Personalabteilungen dazu, einen h\u00f6heren Mehrwert zu schaffen. Gleichzeitig geben 97% der Unternehmen weiterhin an, dass der Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel eine gro\u00dfe Herausforderung darstellt, wodurch die Kandidatenerfahrung und die externe Personalbeschaffung im kommenden Jahr in den Mittelpunkt r\u00fccken.<\/p>\n<h2>Interne Mobilit\u00e4t sinkt in Recruiting-Priorit\u00e4ten<\/h2>\n<p>Die interne Mobilit\u00e4t ist im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um 20,7 % eingebrochen und ist vom 3. auf den 6. Platz zur\u00fcckgefallen. Inwieweit es sich hierbei um einen echten langfristigen Trend oder nur um eine vor\u00fcbergehende Schw\u00e4che handelt, ist unklar.<\/p>\n<p>Das Interesse der Personalabteilungen an internen Talent- und Opportunity-Marktpl\u00e4tzen ist gro\u00df, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Umstellung auf \u2018kompetenzbasierte Organisationen\u2019 (SBOs). M\u00f6glicherweise d\u00e4mpfen jedoch die Komplexit\u00e4t der Umsetzung von SBOs die Begeisterung der Recruiting-Teams f\u00fcr die interne Besetzung von Talentpools. Dieser Fokus auf fr\u00fchzeitige Abstimmung ist unerl\u00e4sslich, um Erwartungen zu steuern und Kosten in einem Umfeld mit begrenzten Ressourcen zu kontrollieren.
